For this project, we redesigned the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for the Chicago West Loop location of Target. Our main goals were to remove as many barriers as possible and make our machine and user journey as mistake friendly as possible. I was the lead for this project, handling the organization, schedule, and deadlines for my team. My contributions to this project included participating in the site audit, form ideation, and assessment of competing projects as well as the creation of the original journey map, presentation visuals, and the model finishings.
